Flu Vaccination Season starts Thursday, September 21, 2017
Ideal times to schedule your vaccines are Monday, Thursday and Friday afternoons between 1:30-3:30 pm. In being mindful of your time, scheduling in advance is appreciated, but not necessary. Please feel free to call our office at 919-660-6746 with any questions.

Triangle Heart Walk, October 1, 2017
It’s almost time for the annual Triangle Heart Walk. We are very excited to join together with people from across the entire community that are ready and willing to put on their shoes and walk to support a cause. The goal this year is to raise $1.7M dollars and we can’t do it without your help.
The location for this years’ Triangle Heart Walk will be the PNC arena, located at 1400 Edwards Mill Rd in Raleigh, NC. Festivities begin at 12:30pm, with the walk beginning at 2:00pm. The Heart Walk has 1 and 3 mile routes available. There will be a kid’s zone full of activities for children. You can also bring your pet, leashed dogs are welcome at this event; all owners will be responsible for cleaning up after their pets. There will be heart healthy fruits and snacks available, along with 2 water stations that will be located on the walking route.
Rain or Shine the heart walk will go on as planned. In the event of severe weather, you can check the website for a status update on the event. Please come out and join us this year as we walk to help fight heart disease and Stroke-we cannot do this without you.
