Hold the Cream and Sugar: Black Coffee Linked to Lower Risk of Death
In a new study, consumption of black coffee and coffee with low levels of added sugar and saturated fat was associated with a 14% lower risk of all-cause mortality when compared to no coffee consumption. The same link was not observed for coffee with high amounts of added sugar and saturated fat.
