Cognitive Aging and Research Update from Duke Neurology
Duke Neurology at Morreene Road would like to invite you to a presentation by the past and current Chiefs of the Division of Memory Disorders for a community wellness program. Currently there is no cure for Alzheimer’s or other dementias and roughly every 65 seconds someone develops the disease (2019 Alzheimer’s Association Facts and Figures). Now more than ever it is critical that we continue to look at the way we conduct clinical research for our patients and we must also focus on cognitive wellness. We are targeting healthy individuals or persons with mild memory loss for an educational update. Please take the time to review the information below and RSVP, as there are limited seats available.
Dr. James R. Burke & Dr. Kim G. Johnson
Speakers: Past and current Chief of Division of Memory Disorders
Date: April 25, 2019 at 7PM
Light refreshments at 6:30PM
Where: Duke Center for Integrated Medicine
3475 Erwin Rd, Durham, NC 27705
Cost: Free
Limited seats available, RSVP to: Janeli McNeal, MSW, at 919-668-2981 or janeli.mcneal@duke.edu
